Complexity. Minerality. Sophistication. Bright yellow in colour, this sophisticated Chardonnay offers aromas of lemon balm and vanilla bean mingled with fresh hazelnuts and butterscotch. On the palate the wine is tightly knit, opening up to layers of lemon zest, tea tree, rosemary and marmalade, over toasted pine nut, buttermilk and flinty flavours. The artisan winemaking approach has resulted in a delicious wine, showing great complexity and underlying old vine minerality.
